Do you need a sitter for your cat or dog?
Your precious pets are such a special part of your family! But what do you do if you need to travel for work, or want to take time for a holiday? Do you have to send your dog to a busy and noisy boarding kennel? Or ask a neighbor to pop in to feed the cat while they are home alone? How do you know that they will be ok?!
We all know it is important for dogs to keep to their routine, with plenty of exercise and affection. Cats just hate being away from the comforts of home and enjoy having cuddles and company.
Having a professional house sitter care for them in their own home is the answer!
We are Alison and Graham,
and we are professional house
and pet sitters.
We have been house and pet sitting full time since 2018 and we love all the amazing pets we meet!
We provide live-in care and companionship for your fur babies so they can stay in the comfort of their own home, while having a veterinarian supervise their health and wellbeing. We take care to follow your instructions for your pet’s care, including their food, exercise and particular needs. Daily medications your pets may need, including diabetic insulin injections, are easily accommodated.
Both of us work online from home on a part-time basis, so we will have plenty of time to spend loving your pets and keeping them company. There is nothing better than cuddling up with a cat...or two! And we love getting out for walks and exploring and so would love a doggy companion to join us.
What are the benefits of having a live-in pet sitter?
Pets are happier and experience less stress at home. They can maintain their familiar routine, environment, and smells, which reduces their anxiety and boredom.
Diet and exercise routines are uninterrupted. A pet sitter can follow your instructions on feeding, walking, playing, and grooming your pet, ensuring they stay healthy and active.
Travel trauma for both owner and pet is eliminated. You don't have to worry about transporting your pet to a boarding facility or leaving them in a strange place.
Pet’s exposure to illness is minimized. By staying at home, your pet avoids contact with other animals that may carry diseases or parasites. This is especially important for pets with medical conditions or special needs.
A professional pet sitter is trained and experienced in handling different types of pets and situations. They can provide your pet with attention, affection, and stimulation, as well as deal with any emergencies that may arise.
A pet sitter provides home security too! They make your home look lived in by bringing in the mail, watering the plants, turning on the lights, etc. They can also alert you of any suspicious activity or problems.
