We are Alison (the Crazy Cat Vet!) and Graham (the Hunter Gatherer) who together make “Vet Around The World”
We are full time travelers, working remotely so we can explore this wonderful world, with the goal of bringing professional veterinary care and advice to pets and carers who struggle to access veterinary services.
We love exploring new places, meeting new people, encountering wonderful animals, and living our life to its fullest.
As we travel, we volunteer at animal charities, visit animal rescues to champion the amazing work they do looking after the strays and sick and injured pets.

At VATW, we are exploring avenues for curating a lifestyle that works for us - combining veterinary work, volunteering for charities, creating location-independent income, and pet sitting as a way of reducing expenses while meeting amazing pets and people, and traveling wherever the wind blows.
VATW is so much more than a pet and travel site - it is a source of inspiration for vets, travelers, and others to recreate their life "outside the box".
